Fee questions
When is the 3% charged?
Only on successful transactions. If you don’t sell, you don’t pay anything.
How does “customer pays the fee” work?
Turn it on and KarryBiz adds 3% to the customer’s total at checkout, so you receive your full price.
Are there extra payment processing charges?
No. The 3% covers payment processing. You don’t need a Paystack account or pay a separate gateway fee.
Is there a fee to withdraw?
Withdrawals are completely free. You can withdraw funds directly to your bank account at no additional cost. For example, if you withdraw ₦5,000, you receive the full ₦5,000.
What happens to the fee when I refund an order?
When you initiate a refund for an order, the refund is processed automatically, and the amount is deducted from your wallet balance. If your wallet has insufficient funds, you will not be able to initiate the refund.
